24 Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.

What glory what joy I am healed and not just the afflictions of the flesh but more importantly the afflictions of the soul. I am no longer killed by sin. Sin can wound and hurt but, when I lift up Christ in my life, by his stripes I am healed. Let Satan assail, but let me not forget I have healing. Let him tear, I have healing. Let me fall down in despair, I have healing.

Child let us not forget this promise, He bore the pain to heal-- not to kill or destroy but to heal. The worst I have, he has borne that I might be healed, that in his righteousness I will be perfect. When you feel you are not enough or you cannot stand, remember by his stripes the pain is gone, trust Him.
