13 O ye seed of Israel his servant, ye children of Jacob, his chosen ones.

14 He is the LORD our God; his judgments are in all the earth.

15 Be ye mindful always of his covenant; the word which he commanded to a thousand generations;

Consider the 15th Verse, here we see the whole matter. In the 13th verse, we see who he is talking to, the Children of God, and how we are chosen. In the 14th verse, we see God described with personal pronouns bespeaking a personal relationship and declaring him God. In the 15th verse, we are asked to remember the covenant that this personal God made with his chosen people.

We need to always remember this covenant, our salvation. When Satan tempts, when life tries to over whelm, or when it seems like you can’t go on...remember your salvation.

You are his chosen people and He is your personal God. Remember when the way is good and the sun is bright. If this personal God would chose you in your sinful state and help you then, there is nothing after this that he will not help you with because you are his chosen people. So when everything feels like it is collapsing, remember the Covenant that was made with you, God will never leave or Forsake His Chosen People.
